5 motes of light. I don't recall collecting motes of light in the beta, so they are new.
Edit: The colour of of the first ship changed to blue and orange. Possibly because I pre-ordered the Limited Edition and the ship colour is different in that.

The Glass Shards you got changed into Motes of Light. Bungie is doing game tweaks so this might not be the only change to the game.
