You will only level to 20 but after 20 your level depends on gear, 30 being the highest you can get.

Sure, don't want it to be a grind. It's been known for a while that the level cap won't be super high. I'm sure it will be easy to hit level 20, but getting all the gear to hit 30 might take some time. I look forward to the gearing up part of the game.
