Yeah the only thing that I have found to be certain is that on release, vanilla destiny will only have one location per destination. However, when describing expansions, a lot of people were upset because they said they were going to reuse a lot of the areas. I'm not upset, because we still get a new planet, and if they add new runs to the moon for something then great! I for one feel they will also offer new areas to old areas if not new separate areas like old Chicago. Fingers crossed.

Sorry i meant to say there is only one destination per planet, not to mean there is only one area per destination as that is more like 4-10 zones depending on what we see when it releases. But this link actually also has another sub link that you can click on that has a response from Urk, about fans being upset from their only being one destination per planet. Your welcome to look at that too. But the fact is that I'm ok with just one location, sorry "destination" per planet for vanilla, they will be releasing more content. Right now the two "planned" expansions will use a lot of the same areas, but in no way did they exclude the possibility of adding more like old Chicago, although they may release a third expansion not planned yet for like an earth.2 expansion that gives us a second location instead of a new planet. Im still not fully convinced, check the livestream http://www.twitch.tv/2old2play/b/551599375 at 1:49:30 Deej simply calls the planets destinations, the phrase one explorable location per planet didn't leave his mouth, in fact the person who asked the question asked if there was only one explorable planet, but his speech was stuttered as well so i may have gotten that wrong. either way, what the articles you posted are saying are drastically different than the source material. and we already know that there are 4 planets at launch. they've already showed us that, but we dont know how many locations there are on those planets.

Well like you said it can be heard either way, that's actually what confused me at first, cause I wanted to call the planets destinations, but apparently for release I think they are one in the same, you will go to the moon as a destination which has only that one destination the moon, which will then have little sub areas to explore. I can only guess as to that's what DeeJ meant. Mars will be mars, the moon will be the moon, and etc. I can only hope for more, but as it stands as a community feels otherwise, and I'm obligated to agree seeing how Urk felt obliged to comment to pacify and not correct the masses...meaning we probably got it right with one for one scenario...
