I hope Bungie increases damage output. They are hand-CANNONS. At least let them deal a lot of damage; 2 shot kills, maybe even 1 shot kills in a certain radius (very close).
Make the weapons as formidable as their name makes them out to be.
for the pulse rifles I would say less recoil. It took me a while to get the hang of the pulse riflse as they were. Main issue for me was the recoil. Once I got the hang of it pulse rifles were ok, EXCEPT on PvP.
PvP was mostly about Auto Rifle-Shotgun. I truly hope Bungie can tweek the weapons so that all weapons will become attractive to play with, because in the Beta this wasn't really the case.
Good Luck to Bungie (because balancing weapons is THE hardest thing to do in PvP games)!

Dumbest thing I've ever read. Glad you're not a game developer. Yeah let's let everyone run around with a primary weapon that can one shot everyone....wow genius plan idiot. The hand cannon can kill in 3 hits which is fine. It just needs it's reload speed to be quickened and it will be fine.

It should absolutely not be 1 shot ever, 2 shot in the head would still be pushing it
If you are talking about # of shots to the Head, then I completely agree with you. That is why I said Precision Damage in the original post. In lack of Destiny I began playing Titanfall and when I unlocked the B3 Wingman (high power revolver, one shot headshot kills), I began getting killstreaks of 5 up to 9. And that is supposed to be a Sidearm. I guess Destiny was good practice lol. Regarding the Burst Rifle ("pulse rifle"), a lot of people are with you on the stability buff. It would present better results mid-range, wich is what it is for.

I was just "thinking out loud", I think the Hand Cannon is a difficult issue. What do you think of when you face something that is named a cannon. I think of certain death. So that's the idea I have in my mind when I replied. A one-shot-kill is VERY powerful, no matter what game you play. But I've played many games where an assassination-style attack would instantly kill your opponent. That's why I opted for a one-shot-kill on the Hand Cannon (no pun intended). I am confident that Bungie (once AGAIN) will deliver. These guys know their stuff, and they know their community. May The Light be with us all
when we face a Hand Cannon ;)
