If anything, just remember that certain consoles have an age restriction for online use, and if you run into someone under aged you can report them for being under aged and using the console in violation of the consoles ToS. That being said, as a T game, if you run into kids under 13, you can report them to Bungie as well. Plus in the end you won't hear them mostly unless they're in your fire team or raid party. In that case you can boot them, block them and never worry about them again. End of story. All though I wish it were M as well.
