Why the twang of douchiness?
Is it so unacceptable to have another way to obtain and exchange currency, other than finding it on dead bodies and doing story missions?
KOTOR did it pretty well. GTA does it well. Hell, even the Cash Games in Black Ops were enjoyable.
I am just curious as to why you are so resounding in your "no," to the point of being a prick about it, Evan.
Lol, you called me a prick for saying "Uh, no" because that sounds like such a prickish response. Don't call me a douche for not agreeing with you, you posted a question so I answered, what did you expect? Don't be so intollerant. Furthermore, Destiny is none of those games whatsoever.
I see all these crazy ideas that would break the game like swords and ideas that would break Destinies immersion, humanity is in desperation trying to survive and the Guardians are their last hope. So they would be gambling and sparrow racing?
I say nothing of swords, or present anything that would break Destiny's "immersion." I am not even presenting something that is hard to program/add to the game.
Your point is completely flawed. People spent hours messing around with the soccer ball, as well as the purple ball....which are completely pointless. If the number one focus was as serious as you sound, with the desperation for humanity's survival and all, these things, along with dancing, would even be more pointless than gambling and the exchange of currency.
why do our Guardians dance? to show strength in times of such darkness. a life not lived isnt really life at all. gambling and so on can bring joy to what little hope we have left after the darkness destroyed us. just my opinion tho ofc =p
