It is a Warlock and Hunter movement mode, not just Warlock.
Edit: Also the Warlocks in the trailers are never shown using Blink. Hunters have been shown using the ability in the trailers. I just wanted to point that one out by the by.

Where are the Hunters shown teleporting? I really want to see that ability in action lol

I would have to dig but there is one trailer of a Hunter running on some rotating windmill looking machine and the Hunter performs Blink then. I will post it if I can find it.
