Look into reviews on TVs. TVs have latency which effects gaming, and yes, even in game mode.

I have a 65" Panasonic Viera. I have done everything I can to get input lag down, but there is only so much you can do.

Interesting, and noted. Seeing the TCL at the bottom of the list is surprising to me considering I can't complain about mine. The deciding factor for me to get a TCL was the price and the fact that I played a ton on my friend's without any issues.

Edited by sergeantawesome: 8/12/2014 12:32:59 AMIf you like it, that's all that matters. It just seems like something a lot of people do not consider. I didn't, I love my viera and its not often that I actually get killed because of latency, I would say once every couple of matches in all games that I do play. But for PvE and single player games it doesn't make a difference for me. The picture is so damn amazing on mine I really don't care that much. Another factor in latency though is the size of the TV. I might look into a smaller TV if I was competitive or at all cared about my K/D, but I don't really, so its not a big deal to me. And that article is a little over a year old, so that TV might be better than what is on that list. I would search CNET for a review on it as it would most likely list the latency.
