Clan service to Community
It's no secret that many gamers do not like Clans. Some of the time, these emotions come from people who just don't like losing to an organized team. That's understandable, but competitive advantages come in many forms. Other times, the scorn that clans reap is well earned. We've all seen virtual fiefdoms ruled by bullies and tyrants.
Let's see if we can have a constructive conversation about this. Clans will be a feature of the player culture in Destiny. Surprisingly, they already are. What recommendations would you make to clan leaders who truly want to make the Destiny community a better place?

From my personal experience communication is going to be what brings most to clans I've had my clan members tell me if it wasn't for this clan they would not of had ppl to talk to and I experienced this my self only 2 times did I interact with a player during beta that wasn't in my clan no 1 was in game chat and if they were had mic off or just didnt have a mic so with out that communication I feel destiny will just turn into any other shooter my favorite experience in all of beta was being on fire teams with my clan members on the moon especially once you open up the door so I think for ppl to come around to the idea of joining a clan will be the lack of communication that gos since beta we changed our rules around a bit and since then my clan has nearly doubled in size to all most 60 now and when we started getting more was when we really started talking about the importance of communication and were still growing in size plus having a goal of being first clan to defeat vault of glass first on both Xbox systems has helped some http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Xbox/117785
