Depression basics:
Meditate calmly each morning for at least 5 minutes.
Start a moderate workout routine.
Eat less sugar and only drink caffeine before 2pm.
Do not hesitate to distance yourself from people who are hurting you.
Try to be the better person in every situation.
Don't feel guilty about stuff you could not control/alter.
Medication is alright, but it won't usually remove the issues you have in life.
