I'm in USA Central Time (GMT-6 I believe) and I will probably be playing most days after I get off work around 5pm or 6pm in the evening until late night. I will most definitely be playing more on the weekends too when I am most available.

CST is indeed gmt -6 That will be some midnight hours to play with you. But that won't be a problem for me. But not for every week tho.
