You do realize you can't reproduce these and sell them right? Seeing as bungie is working with Activision, and Activision likes to squeeze the profit right outta the company as best it can they won't allow anything related to destiny to be sold for a profit unless there is a license agreement between Activision, Bungie, and yourself. If you start to sell these don't get pissed when you get a cease and desist order in the mail from Activision, and a possible court date.
Edit: Just to let you know, I really like the shirt designs in the first picture, I'm just letting you know that you're not allowed to sell them so you don't get screwed over by Activision.

Would he be able to provide a medium for purchase? Not necessarily for profit, but ordering the shirts and receiving payment for the exact cost? I'm not exactly an expert on commercial law, so I don't know

Edited by dudeware: 8/8/2014 2:35:15 AMI am not 100% sure, but I do believe that you still cannot sell them, even if all the proceeds go towards paying for the production of the product. If I were the the business savvy poster I would hold off till he/ she gets the approval and legal consent of both Activision and Bungie.

Edited by AidenRed123: 8/7/2014 2:40:26 AMAre you serious? Yes he can! Does that mean every fan made toy, poster ect. Can't do that too?

This is different from using literal, or close to literal designs, and then trying to sell them. Some of the ones he posted at least, I could identify as being directly lifted from the game. Same reason fake Rolexes are not legal. Or a restaurant with 2 yellow arches called McMonalds is not legal. Copyright is there for a reason. You shouldn't be able to profit off someone else name, or work, period. Doesn't matter if it's one person's work or a massive corporation's. Sometimes companies will let fans bend the rules a little to promote their game, but if Activision ( a publicly traded company accountable to shareholders) thinks they can cash in on merchandising, they will, and they won't want to let anyone take a piece of their pie if they don't have to.

They can't do it For Profit. If he gives them away, it's fine.
-
I don't think you know what you are talking about.

Edited by dudeware: 8/8/2014 2:37:52 AMYou can't sell them. You cannot take any proceeds from selling a product that uses some one else's intellectual property. You're basically stealing possible proceeds from the company yourself and you're just looking to get yourself used by a muti-million dollar company.

Well watch him sell the shirts and nothing happen and then we will see who is right.
-
So much for that lol he got shut down

Ok then kid.

Well you're obviously not an adult because you have no clear idea about proper legal business practices, or any common sense.
-
Prove I'm not an adult.
-
Well let's see. You seem to have this idea that people can "steal" another persons intellectual property that has been trademarked up the who-ha and sell it for a profit with no repercussion at all. If you are an adult I have very high hopes for the human race as a whole.

I think there is worse people than me you need to worry about that...
