So as far as the hunters are concerned, they are supposed to stalk their pray in the shadows and sneak up on their enemies. In my opinion I think it would be cool to implement some sort of stealth movement or stealth kill option for the hunter or maybe even all three of the classes, a sort of high risk high reward system. Because if you get detected at such a close range, enemies can cause greater damage with their melee and you will be swarmed, but if done successfully, then you can sneak back into the shadows undetected and proceed toward your next target. Let me know what you think about this, and other ways it could be improved/implemented

Considering you most likely won't be playing alone, about time you have snuck to a enemy, a titan or warlock would have destroyed the target already

Take a look at the blade dancer subclass, there's tons of abilities and bonuses for invisibility and increased melee damage. Plus you get blink and blink strike as a melee. Super stealthy

Go play Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. Not only is the whole thing a stealth shooter, but it won't be as half baked as your idea to add it to a already balanced game.

In bladedancer blink strike can do more damage on melee hits from the back, but I know that isn't exactly what you had in mind
