IGN just posted a pretty brief video of what its like to play with a guardian higher than lvl 20. At 1:09 pause the video and you will see him highlight his level, where it shows the level bar of his motes of light. The bar doesent have a green line at the end showing you've reached the max like the beta did, does this mean its infinite or could it stop at 50? People have recently been giving this game hell of backlash for not having enough content (compare the final game to titanfall and I bet you'll think again) and I was wondering if lvl 50 is enough content to make the back lash on this game come to an end. Destiny will be amazing, I believe Bungie will provide us with more than enough content, if not now, then somewhat on the future. So write your concerns, if you agree, or if you know for a fact it doesn't go higher than 30-40 in the comments below.

Maybe we should wait and play the game first before we decide that level grinding is going to be relevant to Destiny gameplay in the same way that it is in most other games. Or we could just make wild ass unfounded assumptions and ignore the fact that they already gave us an example of a play mode where level disparities are completely negated (the crucible) and people had a blast playing it.
