Well I wouldn't say myself... myself and at least 140 others at the time of this posting is more accurate. It's not just an issue of transferring items though. It ties into Lore (why wouldn't we logically start from the Tower if the Tower is the home of all Guardians?), and the fact that people typically don't just log-in and immediately jump into a mission. They log-in, pick up bounties for the day, and THEN jump into a mission; but all that aside... It's an issue of game design and usability, where something as simple as transferring an item between your own characters has become a tedious chore involving at least 4 load screens. If you don't see a problem in this, that's fine and you should be commended for having above-average patience for such things, because based on the results of this humble poll at least, it appears your stance is in the minority. Thanks for weighing in.

If you want to tie it into some sort of logic, how about you start where you left off? if you logged out in tower that's where you start..... same with being in the crucible or in part of a story (the last checkpoint) or in just exploration in general. And it doesn't take an above average level of patience to wait a couple of minutes at the most, you're pulling that out of left field.
