Not sure about the rest, but I was almost 100% sure there would be more social locations. I mean why give it the category "Social" if there is only one.
Regardless of what happens, I can't wait!

I wasn't. Why would you need any hub location other than The Tower? It's meant to be your base of operations in the game. The hub where you can regroup and get quests and buy things. What would be the purpose of having more locations that perform those same functions... other than spreading people out, which sounds a little counter-productive to what you're wanting, to me.
