I agree here. There is merit to RNG distribution. But it needs to have an anchor or balance point. Honestly, they are on to something with the medallions given away at a loss. It would be simple and easy to provide a token item for successive losses that would provide towards a better item being given out later on. This means that the player that may be learning can stick it out until he/she wins and then receive a reward for perseverance rather than everyone getting shafted equally regardless. Right now it feels like I'm getting a medal for showing up, and I'm getting very tired of seeing the "thanks for playing" routine instead of working towards anything.
