Body sizes need to be similar.
It would make no sense to play a big hulking guy with a huge hitbox

I think there could be variations without altering the hitboxes. Think about the difference between the male and female body types. There's a significant difference there but the hitboxes are relatively similar. I'm not asking for The Hulk vs. a stick figure, I just think there could be a bit of variation that would go a long way towards character customization
