I checked super fast, and yes we have the same primary, but the bonus effect on mine is slightly different. For me, when I scope in, it shoots slower but deals more damage, making the recoil more controllable and giving Scout Rifle levels of headshot damage. It feels like a lite version of the HMG, which makes a world of difference between our weapons. My grenade recharge speed is just fine ;)
