The advantage we had was playing the game before launch people, we already know where to go, what to do, and how to do it! What more do you want. Who cares if all the gear and guardians are wiped?! We played for 1 week...what did you get in 1 week that you are positive is better than what you will get by playing 2 weeks? All the gear people are holding on to in hope is like level 9-11...you will use that for literally 3 hours if they don't wipe.
The only thing I would like to see not reset is minor, it is our grimoire stats, I would like to keep the 2k of fallen I have killed, but I am fine with that going away too!

Faction rep. I would like my faction rep and grim score to transfer. You're right about the gear, with the exception of the few lvl 20 items people have gotten from the cryptarch, the level 9-11 blues and greens [b][i]WILL[/i][/b] be replaced in a week.

Xbox played for 5 days. Keep that in mind, and now the beta is available for [b]everyone[/b] regardless of beta code, as one of the users here posted before: The early bird gets the worm.

Obviously we care whether our Guardians and Gear get wiped or we wouldn't be saying anything.

With how much exp. we've obtained, we'd all be pushing level 15 at the least. It'll be fun to have a huge break, having a midnight release, and then doing it all over again with better gear the next time around.

Personally, I got a legendary emblem and cloak from Iron Banner. Those are two cosmetic items that I did an event for. Who is to say I will find something better when those two are mainly about looks? Guns and stats are great but no where near as important as the Iron Banner items IMO.

And none of us even know if those exact items will still be rewards for it come launch day. If it's super easy it shouldn't be an issue to keep them. I don't like pvp, so getting them was a big deal to me. Maybe it(pvp) intrests you, but it doesn't me.

The randomly given rewards bothered me. Could take you 2 matches to get the epic hand cannon and ship or a week of matches lol.

I guess that grimoire stats are linked to your account and not to your savefile. So there is a very good chance we will keep it. IMO.
