I have a gold account and can't connect. I believe it is because my account auto-signs in at another xbox which I haven't downloaded the beta to. Keep restarting but I can't get access to bungies servers.
My gold subscription renews on Aug. 8th so its active, was playing last night and now it wont work.

None of the answers of helped worked at all my account as most I assume renews automatically every Feb but I cannot still sign in and Bungie are just not listening plus if your UK based we will be bottom of the list I assume as they would prefer to keep the massive USA market happy first it is the worst service I've ever received from a game and I think I hear the death toll of the bells for bungie as I would reluctant to buy bungie again. After my rant let me just say I've been playing my other multiplayer games with no trouble at all

6 Repliesi will say this again everyone for xbox one users unplug all or your cords and then start up destiny then if that doesnt work which i highly doubt it wont then put in a game then start up destiny. if it still doesnt work then it is definitly your xbox live gold ran out just renew it if you are out. I hope this helped enjoy the beta :)

7 RepliesGot this error message but my xbox account was not logged in to another system and my Gold account does not expire for months. Loaded up another multiplayer game (Titanfall), backed out, and then I could access the Destiny beta.

Yeah my gold subscription is fine but I can't log in. I recently sold my xbox 360 but that wouldnt have affected my xbox 1 would it?

1 ReplyI am going through the same thing. I have tried resetting my router and doing a hard shut down of my Xbox One. I can select my character, go past the opening scene where the traveler visits Mars, and then I get the message as it is trying to load after that.

1 ReplyI have been having this problem as well. By preordering this game they give you 2 extra codes. I shared mine with a friend when im on he gets the vulture code and cannot play. If I sign out and he signs back in he has no problem playing. But then if I try I get back on I get the error code. It does say your account may be signed in somewhere else so maybe the 3 codes are linked to one playable account at a time. Just like Steams Family Sharing.

you can just do a hard restart on your xbox it should fix this problem... just hold down the power button until it turns off then turn it back on.

turn xbox off and unplug it then plug it back in this should solve it for you
