I've pre-ordered today from Amazon as well (PS4, annoying that I missed the exclusive period but whatever) and didn't receive a code in about 4-5 hours. I cancelled the pre-order and re-ordered but have now realised that the Beta is in maintenance for today and tomorrow, that might be something to do with it. However, if it is the case that Amazon is out of codes it'd be cool to get a replacement :)
