I don't remember any problems during launch, aside from the whole graphics fiasco which started well before the launch.
It's a solid open-world game. Gameplay feels like GTA, and that's not a bad thing. Hacking is simple, and fun to use for the most part.
Story characters aren't all that memorable except for Jordi, Defalt, and T-Bone.
There's quite a bit to do after you finish the main game...... if you can find the motivation to do it. I cannot. I finished the main story, and just can't be bothered to go back and play the game again.
Solid game, replay value is "meh"

So should you can't do the side missions after you beat the game?
-
You can do them whenever you want, but there's no real reward for doing them aside from achievements or trophies. No further story progression, no real dialogue between characters, no cutscenes. I guess it's fine if you're a completionist who wants 100% and doesn't care about anything else. I'm more of a story person, and since there's no story progression left... there's no incentive for me to do them.

Okay, I might just beat it then trade it in for another game.
