For the life of me I can't believe this argument is still raging. I mean Bungie clearly stated that they don't want split screen in their game, so why can't people let this go? I mean I totally understand why split screen is fun, however, it probably will not be in Destiny anytime soon.

But after they publicly said "no split screen" do you honestly believe that Bungie well then turn around and add it in later? I personally feel like that is a highly, highly unlikely scenario.

Haha you're welcome, and I guess we'll agree to disagree. Just keep this in mind, the chances of getting split screen in Destiny 1(either at launch in a DLC) are not on your side.

That is true, but unfortunately Bungie already said no to this notion. So it is best to assume that split screen is a dead issue until the foreseeable future.

Saying, "Even though Bungie said no split screen option in Destiny, but hey I want it so it'll happen" is not an opinion, it's a delusion.

Both sides are opinions and if anything, people who are against ss just keep using assumptions.

However it is not an assumption. When the company who's name is proudly displayed on the game box clearly and unquestionably said that split screen is not going to be utilized in Destiny then the only rational conclusion is just that; no split screen. Now, you are the one who is making the illogical assumption that it will be put in at an undisclosed time, which is fine, but just not grounded in reality.

I never said that no ss was an assumption. I was referring to the fact that all you guys thinm it is impossible. That is an assumption. I am not making an assumption. And I am suggesting an option to Bungie, not assuming ss will happen.

Well I'm afraid you misunderstood our position. You see, I know that ss could be possible, hell it's Bungie after all they are a real pioneer in that technology. But they publicly announced that it is not going to happen. We aren't assuming anything, it is their own words that split screen would not be utilized. As of now these are the facts and until they decide to take a different stance I feel like this issue has already been thoroughly addressed. Any other opinion on this matter is just blind wishful thinking.
