Just now, on July 12, I received an email that I should pick my platform and region. Since I was already wondering if I would be left out, since that email should have come on july 10 already afaik, I was happy. But then...codes not available.
If you are unable to send out the codes, then don't send people emails that they should claim their codes. The problem showed up two days ago, that should have been enough to say: 'alright, we better send them an email when it works instead' or 'ok, we send them an email that it currently doesn't work and let them know when it's working.'
