Hammer would land first, as there is gravity on the moon, but it's very weak. The moon has no atmosphere and therefore it's a vacuum.

Weight has no impact on gravitational acceleration in vacuum. The hammer wouldn't fall faster than the feather because there are practically no particles that could slow down the falling objects. They fall at the same speed.
