Not really.
Dooms I and II were awesome fun, but I wouldn't fork out for a AAA-release like them today. I was gonna get the BFG Edition of Doom III, but ultimately it looked a bit generic.
Unless id can do what Machine did with The New Order, which I have yet to play but have heard good things about. But it's id, so I doubt it.

New Order was great, I hope they can pull something out of the bag similar to this for Doom 4. Doom 3 BFG is good, especially if you have never played Doom 3 but it is a little dated and not really true to the originals. It's a bit like Quake 4 but with a more survival horror than hordes of Zombie soldiers to shoot like Doom 1&2 etc.
