Desktops only, no alienware/DIY builds. no secret or alternative options.
which one would you say is better off the shelf, with Windows 7 and list your reasons?
goal: something actually capable of gaming with modern games(this computer is too old) at at-least medium settings, at-least 4 DDR3 slots for future expansion, and 2TB HDD, preferably with intel i7 and atleast 2 USB ports for KB/M.
also, list your favorite ergonomic [b]mechanical[/b] KB/M combo.

2 Repliesyou're not going to find an off the shelf Windows 7 machine, at all. As for what you want? i7's are no joke when it comes to their integrated graphics. Not as good as a dedicated card, but a lot of them run better than my old card. Just start looking at stuff online with what you want. That's the best solution.
