I'm just curious to know what college is like and how it works. I was wondering if any of you are in college or graduated from college so you tell what it's like and how it works.

From my experience in a university as a Freshman, I enjoyed it. There were a lot of helpful people and a lot of them were really nice (In more ways than one), but it was overly expensive. The price was bad, but the people were good. Community college on the other hand? I'm getting the exact same quality of education for the lower division classes compared to the UC in this town. My last semester, I had two professors that jointly taught at the UC, and the community college here, so they taught us the same way that they would teach the college students in the UC. My other professor taught at the CSU and taught the exact same way he did in the CSU. Really, it all depends on the price, the quality is the exact same. I have attended my professors' classes at the CSU and the UC just to see if there really is any difference. There isn't a huge difference other than class size (The UC and CSU have smaller class sizes, while the community college has a bigger class size) and arrogance. The students at the community college are just there to learn and get out, while the UC and CSU students are really arrogant (And not really smart, at least in the lower division classes they aren't really smart).
