You're describing an embryo. An embryo is a collection of non-specialized cells during the first 8 or so weeks of gestation. After that, those cells begin to specialize and the embryo is then referred to as a fetus. That specialization of cells is when the brain, nervous system, organs and other systems begin to develop. The development is fast and goes through many stages. Trying to draw a line where "this is human and this is pre-human" is difficult and not really my concern. As I said, when it comes to the subjects of abortion, hunting and a great many others that involve death, I am not one that holds such a strong view as to declare others "wrong". What I am trying to highlight is that you are (as is your right) assign what you consider to he valuable, important and worth protecting based on your own personal views. The screencap indicates that those views and those choices (regardless of who makes them and the choices they make) can not and should not be oppressed. I know that you've got strongly held views and I believe that you are entitled to them. I also think the same of people who have views that are different than yours. Again, you appeared puzzled as to why I thought your post (that I screen-capped) was of interest. I've tried to explain, if I have failed to get to you to see how and why it caught my eye? Then I apologize. Clearly I can't convey my views to you in a way that you can see them from a perspective other than your own.
