Favorite teacher:
My math professor, she's small so she doesn't block the board when she is writing down equations and she doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you get something wrong, without losing her forceful touch.
Worst teacher:
My psych professor, I love the course, and I don't have any problems with his person, but his grading scheme is super weird, I got a 0 on homework because I sounded too formal, and then I got a 50% bonus on a another piece of homework because I wrote some sad story about my dog in it. I have an A in the class, but never know what to expect.
How about you guys?

Favorite: I've had lots of good teachers, but I'll list a few. My current history teacher, my 8th grade history teacher, and my Freshman Geography teacher, who were all really nice and made me feel appreciated. My Psychology/Sociology teacher is definitely one of my favorite teachers too, she's really nice and pretty funny, and seems to enjoy what she teaches. Least Favorite: Probably my 8th grade Science teacher and my current Geometry teacher. 8th grade science teacher acted super nice in front of my mom but was really snappy in class and didn't seem to recognize that I had a great difficulty focusing. 8th grade in general just sucked. My Geometry teacher isn't a bad guy, but he's not great at actually teaching. He lets the idiots and attention seekers get out of control far too often.

Either my BMS teacher or my Calculus teacher. My BMS teacher is just so laid back and cuts the class early. Also, she is quite funny. My calculus teacher is also pretty chill, but he looks just like an older version of Steven Hyde from That 70s Show, but with a different skin tone and he has an accent.

My favorite teacher would either by my High School Psychology teacher or my current Russian/German teacher. And my least favorite would definitely be my Math teacher last quarter. He was a fucking terrible teacher. He didn't even teach anything and he was berating the entire class.

Favorite Teacher: Crap, I had a few in High School. My favorite were my history teacher, my spanish teachers, and my Science teacher. My history teacher always was cool to me. I learned a lot from my spanish teachers. My science teacher had a dry sense of humor and made me laugh from time to time.

2 RepliesFavourite Teacher: It's a tie between my high school history/ religion teacher and my high school pt. My history teacher had a great sense of humour combined with great teaching skills plus he worked as a magician as a hobby. Now my "pt" (of lack of a better word) was a 24-ish year old blond bombshell in sports bra and leggings. Let that sink in for a bit. It was as painful as it was awesome. Worst teacher: I'd have to say my first social studies teacher, she was kind but very political, almost to the point of fanatical. If there is one thing that pisses me of it is when others try to force their beliefs and way of thinking on me.

My worst teacher was either my 6th grade foreign language teacher, my 5th grade teacher, or my 3rd grade teacher. All three were massive -blam!-s. I had a ton of great teachers, though.

4 RepliesFavourite Teacher: My RE and subsequently first Psychology teacher (I had 4 in 2 years...) He's one of those well travelled/lived a long life sort of people, pretty much every lesson he would have a different story for us. How he helped people cross from Eastern Germany into the west, with pictures of the guards chasing them/shooting at them. How he lost his finger... he always had a different story for that, Shotgun hunting for Rattlesnakes in texas or making fertiliser bombs in old pieces of metal railing... He always had a lot of patience for the kids who wanted to learn and he didn't tolerate idiots much either. Then when I finished High School and went into the Sixth form, he was teaching Psychology :D After a couple of rough starts for the new essays, he basically showed me the way they were marked and taught me the structure of a full marks essay. I then got 100%s on every Psychology essay from all four of my teachers, which was awesome :D Sadly he retired after the first year of Psychology and so I ended up with a few temporary ones and it all got a bit muddled but he was still the best. He also used to help organise/cover for the little group that we had, we pretty much turned the disused physiotherapy room into a clubhouse for lunch, breaktimes and for lessons where we'd collect the work and take it out of the lesson to do in 5 minutes/spend the rest of the hour playing games on the computer <.< It worked out quite well because most of the people in the physio room club were ones who used it for it's proper use and so it wasn't being misused, just re appropriated <.< We did fish and chip days for birthdays and since there were about 10 of us in the 'club' they happened fairly frequently <.< Then when the N@zi bitch that was head of 'disability management' decided that allowing kids in wheelchairs or those with autism to have fun outside of the locked 'inclusion suite' was not going to be allowed - he let us use his classroom instead :D Least favourite teacher - I would have said wordwork/resistant materials, since he seemed to really hate me <.< but to be fair I wasn't very good in that lesson lol. Except after I went to my history teacher's funeral with a few other students and him, it turns out that he's really a nice guy. Just a gordon ramsay of the techroom... My RE/Psychology teacher did a lot of the readings/eulogy as well, that was nice. Quite sad though, my history teacher was a great guy <.< I would probably settle on either my maths teacher, who was just an unpleasant bitch or the N@zi 'head of disability management' whilst she wasn't specifically a teacher, she made life hell for my friends because she seemed to have a vendetta against people in wheelchairs.
Rambling and reminiscing over the good old days... *sigh* I should get on with my assignment <.<
My physics professor is pretty great. He takes time to explain stuff for those that ask. Revisting things from time to time doesn't bother him and we have really interesting discussions about technology and engineering. I also like my math professor.

2 RepliesFavourite: Irish teacher, best teacher I've ever had. She's small, she doesn't shout or punish people, she's nice and understanding and she has a sense of humour.. ..but everyone is terrified of her, so no one steps out of line. Even my friends who don't have her for class agree that she's easily the scariest teacher in the school. I'm almost positive it's her eyes, she can threaten you without even opening her mouth. She has this stare that she gives, it's -blam!-ing soul shattering. It's a good thing though, I've never had a class that I pay so much attention in. And I would throw myself down the stairs before I face her without homework done. Least favourite: English teacher. My actual English teacher is good but she went and had a baby. Now, we have a teacher that can't control the class. Or teach.
