Obviously not carrying over from PSN to XBOX Live...
But think about it, if your progress would be stored in your PSN or XBOX Live, you would only be limited to however many characters bungie allows you to make. But you would also be able to play your characters on both consoles. (I'm a PS3/4 player, so for me PS3 means community and PS4 means impressive games and graphics.) So, for me, that would mean you can play with friends on last gen and get some impressive graphics and game physics on next gen (I'm a graphics freak).
What do you guys think? Would you want your stuff to be stored in a cloud? Or would you not mind? (This was originally a mail sack question, I kept missing it so I decided to put it out to community.)

For the record, I would very much like to be able to not just transfer characters from PSN to XBL, I would like to straight up play across consoles. I want to sign in to a universe populated by *all* of the people playing destiny. I really don't understand, when Dust514 has PC players punching in orbital bombardments for PS3 ground soldiers, why we should settle for separate player communities.
