if you mean, for example, if God could make a square with three sides, then no. He couldn't, because that would be violating the definition of a square and so it wouldn't be a square that was being messed with anymore.
However, I'm pretty certain He could create other universes founded on entirely different sets of physics and logics that would make perfect sense to any thing living in them, like us.

A limitless God with limitations makes less sense than a three sided square. If God does exist, the reason he can't be proven is because he is outside of our logic. Logic can be far more vast than our understanding of it.
