You have the right to walk and wear wherever and whatever you want (within reason). You don't have a right to sexually assault someone. ***Clearly, that isn't the only circumstance where sexual assault happens. I only use that example because it's used to defend the perpetrator so much*** Obviously, women can assault men too. The woman is at fault there as well (duh).
