It probably has a shit ton of moisture inside of it. Put it in a bowl of un-cooked rice, conpletely submerged, to soak up all the moisture. Leave it for a few hours and then come back and try again to turn it on.)

I've used the rice method so many times over the years and it has ALWAYS worked for me. MP3 players, iPods, Phones, a gameboy, hell I even saved a laptop with it.

For extra effectiveness, place your phone in a bowl and pour a few cups of flour over it. If you want to go really crazy, add some salt as well. Both of them suck up moisture very well. The added bonus is you'll now have flour in every single crevice of your phone, and it may not even work afterward.
