It's a common practice of any company (not just Bungie) that you won't get a response unless the company has an interest in progressing your application, either immediately upon submission or at some point in the future. If you've not gotten a response to a job application, then it's either been rejected or filed away for future consideration.

    While I'm aware of the huge number of applications they receive on a daily basis, in my opinion it should be common practice to send an answer in both cases. I'm just asking this out of curiosity, but other people should be able to know whether it's best to move on or to keep waiting.
