And then what?
-
That's it. Simply don't let yourself be robbed from.
-

-
You're forgetting that if you have a revolver and a security license you can single handedly overthrow the government. One forum post at a time.
-
Why would he let himself be incarcerated?
-
Right, so just kill all the cops if they try to punish you for breaking the law. Looks sound to me.
-
If they're infringing on your rights and freedoms? Absolutely.
-
But even if they were, killing them is definitely not a right. And it's also against the law. And then you'd be in 50 times the trouble you would be in if you just payed it off.
-
Edited by Cam: 2/15/2014 8:07:33 AMDefending yourself is absolutely a right. Natural rights are the supreme laws. The cops would be infinitely in more trouble than if they just followed the law.
-
Cam, most people don't want to stage a one-man armed revolution over a $100 ticket.
-
Many people lack principle, you don't need to tell me that. Also, in what world do you live in where a seat belt infraction costs $100?
-
I don't think that's how that works. The cops would be in any trouble if you killed a cop because he was trying to fine you, his partner doesn't get shot. That's even if defending yourself against police was a right. But it's not. You've got some seriously flawed logic here, Cam. Didn't think it would be this bad.
-
You've already been fined, they're trying to kidnap you at that point. Except the police are not right, they're attempting to steal and coerce. You have no logic, I actually have principle.
-
They're not trying to kidnap you, they're arresting you for breaking the law. You know? The only thing that keeps the world out of trouble? Remember that movie where there were no laws for an hour or something like that? Yeah, absolutely nothing good happened.
-
Except that is an unjust law they have no authority to enforce. That in no way keeps the world out of trouble, it creates more of it. Do you know what a movie is? That in no way means we should allow tyranny.
-
Do you know what a movie is? That in no way means we should allow tyranny.
>exactly what I just said They do have the authority to enforce it. Because they are the authority. Yes, if you kill all the police that come after you, it would make more trouble, wouldn't it?
