It WAS Chest, Back, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Legs, Repeat. But ever since I got a herniated disk in my lower back I just do Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders, Repeat and throw in legs every other day or every 3 days and do whatever I can. Usually just a shitload of leg extensions since I can't squat.
are you not doing a incline leg press because that also messes with your back? also, don't overdo the leg extentions, you don't want knee problems too. I hope you can go back to squatting!
