Does anyone watch this show? I was recently persuaded by people at school to watch it and I have gone through the Eccleston doctor's series and I'm now in the Tennant doctor's first season. It's actually a really good show.

RTD is a brilliant writer, and if you enjoy the first few seasons I also recommend Torchwood up until they started collaborating with the Americans. Season 5 is where it gets a bit iffy though, and there's a reason for that. Moffat isn't necessarily a bad writer, he just doesn't get Dr Who. He has a couple of decent episodes here and there, but overall his presence on the show isn't terrific, and I get the feeling he just wants to pander to the kiddies and put style over substance, the complete opposite of RTD's approach. It's a shame since Matt Smith is probably the best NuWho Doctor as of yet. I would've killed to see him in a darker, RTD episode.
