No one is covering it because it's a non-issue.
Do you seriously expect Microsoft to pay youtubers to make commercials or advertisements for them that portray their product in a negative light?

They aren't commercials or advertisements, it's paying off reviewers to give good reviews about the Xbox one.

So? Have you ever been on Amazon. Product reviews are chock full of paid opinions. It's called an endorsement. If you don't like the product, you don't take the extra cash and say why you don't like it. If you do like the product, you take the extra cash and run.
-
Reviews that anybody can write that can be seen by at least a few hundred to a few thousand people from people you don't even know or YouTubers who usually have 300,000+/500,000 subs who all subbed for whatever reason from liking him/her to stalking him/her. Which one will get a bigger audience?

I still fail to see what difference that makes. It was merely an example of it happening all around us.
-
Well if you say it like that than any thing even something really small can be. Was saying how this is on a different scale than stuff that are "small".
Do you seriously expect Microsoft to pay youtubers to make commercials or advertisements for them that portray their product in a negative light
I'm sorry? After rereading this a few times...ah. No that it was done like a journalist/reviewer is being paid off.
