report him and move on that is all you need to do.
bumping old topics is never a good idea unless the rules in that forum say you can.in like say a tech forum they will let you sometimes bump if your topic gos a few pages with out getting help.

bungie is trying to move in a new way.I think they are trying to keep updated like the internet and the world do every day.some things stay broken and old then after to long they break to the point they cant be fixed. Now i am not saying this will happen i am just saying bungie is trying to stay new,yes locked topics would work here and even in the gruop forums so you can make rule sticky topics and things like that.but at this time the report button works just fine report it and the mods will handle it.

no it was very smart seeing as you cant stay in the days of halo or you site may or may not work.This new site also helps people who are born in to this new age to better use or even find and like it.me i do not care ether way i can find my way around mostly any site.but i also scan every site that i feel is bad to see if it as bugs or not.
