Oddly enough you can report someone for spamming, but they can't be banned for it? Am I the only one that thinks that makes zero sense?

If you remember the days when I was only 16 and new to this website, I was a terrible brat. I'm rather embarrassed by those posts and I dislike my 16 year-old-self because of it. I'm an adult now (just turned 21 actually.)

And you've shown to be unable to conduct yourself politely about something that happened awhile ago, disingenuous and snide behavior comes back full-tilt. And often times, he'd get more angry than anyone else on here, he's just not willing to go that far at the time to defend his opinions right now. Unlike me, I don't give a small morsel of a crap what your opinion of me is, Recon takes maturity and proper conduct much farther then you ever have been capable of.

I get mad over stupid shit most of the time, usually because I don't see it as a civil debate but rather an attack. Part of it has to do with the internet itself, we can't read the tone of the text and we assume that someone is trying to make us feel like shit, that is unless someone is caps lock raging (like me for example) or would even go far to say stuff like "I'll kill you" or "Kill yourself!" Those I take into account and find insulting. Never for as long as I have ever been on the internet have I ever told someone to kill themselves or kill them. I don't make threats when I'm angry, I just insult people, which I guess can come off threatening to some people. Everyone's level of maturity is different. Am I mature? I'm freaking 21 and I wouldn't really say I am because according to other people on other websites, I still have the mind of a teenager, but that's just their opinions. I will say however that I am currently better than my 16-year-old self. I've come a long way from that, despite my short temper, which is something I still need to work on if I want to live a longer life.

Who determines what's within reason? Different people will give you different answers. You could call it common sense, too but clearly that varies from person to person as well. I'm not saying that you or anyone is wrong; I'm also not saying you're right. I just think that this particular discussion warrants a look from both sides rather than, "Bungie do this, Bungie do that." And yeah, I realize your original intent for this discussion was bringing back the lock button. If it comes back, cool. If it doesn't, cool.

I'm one of those people. I was simply offering a possibility, but it is up to Bungie to find the solution. One possible solution is you collaborate with each other, and come to an agreement on what course of action you think would be best for the community. Sometimes we do not know what is best for us. Regardless, something should be done about this situation, and I respect whatever course of action Bungie might take. I will respect it, and hope it works.
