Jor el AI had more than enough time to fabricate it when he was inserted into the ship before Lois got attacked. It wasn't there before he got there, Jor El made it.

  • Hm. I don't know. That would interesting if it was true, though. Let's see. He takes off in the ship, drops Lois off, flies to the Arctic/Antarctic... Is that enough time to make an indestructible suit perfectly fit for Kal? Maybe.

  • No, Jor El would've started making it immediately. So while he was leading Kal wheerever , he was building the suit, so even more time.

  • What? Jor didn't get on the ship until Kal inserted the AI chip.

  • Which was right before Lois got hurt. I guess it gives him an extra 5 min, I was just pointing out he had a little more time.

  • Oh, yeah. But I doubt you could fabricate a suit like that, even with the extra time you've given him. Especially on a ship that's been frozen in place for 20,000 years.

  • The air was breathable, right? And if the ship was able to fly away, i'm sure jor could make a supersuit, complete with cape. For all we know, it was just him remodeling an old one, changing the color and house design. That wouldn't be too hard, right?

  • Yes, the air was breathable. What does that have to do with this, though? But the latter would make sense. It's a bit far fetched but it gets the job done.
