So I bought my xbox back in 07, about 6 years now, and it had a "accident" when i was about 16, involving my raging mom and my xbox falling from the secound floor of our old house. About a year ago I got my friends broken xbox and fix'd some shit that was broken in my old one. Ever since it ran clean as it could be, but recently I bought GTA V and every few moments it crashes, most of the times it crashes under minutes, but some times it runs for a couple of hours. I read online about installing the disc 2 to the HDD, but mine has around 15 GB, not enough for both discs (15,4 GB). I tried using a pen drive, but the xbox wont reconize it. I tryed reinstaling disc 1, but the problems are still there. I even went back to the place I bought and had them switch the disks.
I wounder if any of you have a good idea on what to do, should i take it to a local gaming center, where some dude I don't know can have a look on it and running the chance of him saying he has no idea (and than pay him for nothing), or should I just buy a bigger HDD and instal disk 2?
Also, my xbox makes an airplane loud noise when its running GTA V, but it doesn't seem to do that with any other game. Some dudes said that installing the disc 2 will cause a more gitchy exeperince, but betwen having to restart my xbox every few minutes (or even secounds!) I perfer a glitchy mode all day.
Any sugestions floodians? thanks guys, I got haft way throught the game fighting agaisnt this problem.
