That's absolutely the definition of DRM, painful as shit to watch. Glad I kept the faith and preordered the right console.

Good cover! It's also funny because you stuck your foot in your mouth, now move along so somebody who knows what they're talking about can be engaging.
I swear to god some people are just so ignorant.
The topic of the thread wasn't the DRM section of the ToS, which is what you were talking about in your reply to my initial post. It was the resale section, which the OP said described some form of DRM. I was mistaken though. I was under the impression the OP was talking about the kind of DRM that requires an internet connection, not DRM as a whole. Sorry for snapping at you, when I was the one who was really wrong. :/

(i) in your country of residence only; (ii) with the purchasing SEN account only; (iii) with certain Sony systems and/or other devices only; and/or (iv) with a certain number of Sony systems that are associated with the purchasing SEN account only. They go on to state they control that they can even control how many times an account is activated and deactivated. They even -call- it DRM, so in short, fanboy harder.
fanboy harder.
It's funny because I'm getting both consoles.
