1. Anybody allowed by Thor or Odin
- Anyone with a pure heart (Good or evil)

Hulk could only lift it in the movie because Joss Whedon is [i]such[/i] an internet-atheist that he can't even really allow fictional characters to be considered gods [i]in universe[/i], so Hulk could lift it.... The comics don't have such restrictions (at least, for the classic 616 universe).

Hulk couldn't lift Mjolnir in The Avengers.
