Whilst Anarchy itself might not be a disorganised/violent political system Anarchists generally are.
They are the sort of people to burn down buildings and post letter bombs. So yes an anarchist in that sense should be reported to the police. However someone who just likes the ideology isn't a threat to anyone and so reporting that would be a waste of police time.

I'd like to see the figures. On the whole, anarchist tend to be anti-violence in my own experience except in cases of self-defence. I'd say the violent firebombers and Black Bloc anarchists are in the minority. And let's not forgot the whole fiasco with the Canadian police infiltrating a demonstration with the intention of coaxing everyone else into violent acts. Although, on the Fifth, I will concede I partook in throwing glass bottles at riot police.
In my defence, I was hit for no reason.
Well obviously I didn't mean to imply that all anarchists firebomb police officers but if you know of a violent one then yeah you should report them. At least in my opinion. I'm quite a fan of order so I may be a little biased over this sort of thing heh.

I'm a huge fan of order. To be honest, it's what attracted me to have anarchic ideas. What greater order is there than in a cooperative, worker-run economy? That's something of a simplification, though. Anarchy, of course, has its issues as does any other political ideology.
