No, arrest the idiots who think Communism actually works and would make for a valid replacement for capitalism.
I'll dial 911 right now.

Edited by challengerX: 11/8/2013 8:17:14 PMI had an uncle who was a Communist and was a really nice guy. You can't judge people on their ideologies. I think religion is retarded, for example, but I don't think religious people are retarded. 9 times out of 10 they just want something to comfort them so they don't feel alone and that they are looked after and that everything is going as planned. As long as it doesn't interfere with education or science then I don't care.

> Doesn't think anarchists should be reported > Thinks communists should You don't understand anarchy.

Edited by BADMAGIK: 11/8/2013 8:10:57 PMYou don't understand it either because if you did you would know anarchy is impossible.

tahplel. The Amish could very easily be considered anarchist. Not to mention the Israeli Kibbutz. I could name quite a few other intentional communities, but I really think it's a waste of my time. I highly doubt you could offer an argument against the possible implication of anarchy that I couldn't refute, anyway. Plus, I don't remember saying I think anarchy would work in the first place. I don't know why you pulled that out of your ass.
The Amish could very easily be considered anarchist.
I would disagree on the grounds of their extreme adherence to their religious rules and the family structure.
-
I don't see how the familial structure violates anarchy. Also, the adherence to religion? I'm inclined to agree, but the nature and voluntarism of the congregational organisation is quite representative of anarchist thinking.
-
Granted my only experience is with Mennonites, not the old Amish, but the parents are pretty totalitarian.
-
Anarchy is impossible because it implies the lack of rules and authority. This is impossible because humans need to be controlled; we desire it and cannot function without it. Someone would always try or want to take charge.
Anarchy does not, in the political sense, equal a state of chaos, lawlessness or disorder. Anarchy does not entail a lack of infrastructure
Lol. Always an excuse. This forum is filled with -blam!-ing morons.
-
An excuse? Are you fucking retarded? I specifically put that in so misinformed people wouldn't come in here and say 'It wouldn't work because we would just resort to lawlessness and a lack of structure. Hierarchy is a necessity'. And you did exactly that. You are wrong because you're commenting on a philosophy you either don't understand, or are unwilling to substantiate your ideas.
