Oh, and something that should is if you do a clean reset of your router. Just hold down the reset button for 10-15 seconds, let go, and it'll do its thing. What that does is clears out whatever is using your bandwidth, so once it's up and running again, nothing is hogging up your bandwidth, so you'll get faster speeds...at least for a little while.
If you have an ethernet cable lying around, run your Xbox off of that instead of by wifi. It may or may not entirely get rid of the lag, but it should help.
