*Post to keep alive for debating, if the Flood is capable of doing so*
Even if the GOEM has his ultra-powerful psyker powers, he would have to face the mental integrity of seven billion humans.

His consciousness is currently inside the Warp, holding off four beings so powerful they bend the reality they live in just by existing. And it's implied that, if the Emperor were at his prime, he'd easily stomp all four of them in a fair fight.

Okay. Now, aside from psyker powers, CM has the composite reaction time of humanity. Does that give CM an edge against the GOEM?

Not really. The Emperor is still stronger, faster, and tougher than the Primarchs, who are stronger, faster, and tougher than the Space Marines, who apparently can toss tanks around and dodge bullets in-canon. Consider this: the very first thing Leman Russ did in his life was hit a planet, creating a volcano, and then climb out of it. That's the very first thing he ever did. He was an infant. The Emperor is capable of pretty much kicking his ass if he has to. Or kicking the ass of any Primarch. He's referred to as a deity for a reason.

I do wish to ask you. Have you checked out the feats thread? Composite man is capable of withstanding 158 megatons of pressure per square inch of his body. His body heat exceeds that of the sun. The swipe of his hand incinerates anything. His breath can destroy a planet. And he's only 5'10" in height. I am impressed by the fact that an infant Primarch can do that, and very much believe that the GOEM could destroy planets if an infant Primarch is capable of performing such a task as that.

In theory, he could with his psychic powers. Might even be able to with his bare hands. I don't think he ever has, though.
